1. How do I rent a tool?

You can submit a request through our website, call us, or message us directly. We'll confirm availability, agree on the terms, and either deliver the tool or prepare it for pickup at our warehouse.

2. Is a deposit required?

No deposit is needed. You only need to provide a valid ID to rent equipment.

3. What is the rental period?

The minimum rental is 1 day. There's no strict maximum. The longer the rental, the better the pricing.

4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across Winnipeg and within a 30 km radius. Pickup is also available at: 542 Raglan Rd, Winnipeg, MB R3G 3E5, Canada

5. What if the tool stops working?

Call us right away. If the issue wasn't caused by misuse, we'll replace the tool or refund you for the unused time.

6. Do I have to sign a rental agreement?

Yes, every rental comes with an official agreement — either digital or printed.

7. What if I'm late returning the tool?

Please inform us in advance. We're flexible, but additional charges may apply if the tool is returned late without notice or approval.
